CLiC Glass is a switchable “smart” privacy glass system developed by Cardinal Glass Industries. It can seamlessly change from crystal-clear to frosted-opaque on demand, giving you both transparency and privacy in one glass pane.

The main purpose of CLiC Glass is to provide on-demand privacy without sacrificing natural light or clean design. It’s ideal for luxury homes, large windows, doors, interior partitions or any space where you want flexibility between openness and seclusion.

CLiC uses a polymer-stabilized cholesteric liquid crystal (PSCT) layer embedded directly in the glass. When an electrical current is applied, the crystals align and the glass becomes transparent; when the current is turned off, the crystals scatter light and the glass appears frosted. This film-free construction provides superior clarity and quick transitions compared to older smart glass solutions.

Fleetwood CLiC Glass is ideal for:
