The Series 4400-T, a magnificent pivot door, is part of the Gen4 family and is the only door in its class. Designed for elite luxury homes, it boasts a weather rating and JUMBO sizes with a concealed In-Rail Closer. The patent-pending sill design allows for an unabated flow of interior and exterior flooring.
Floor-Through-Door Sill: The 4070-T patent-pending sill design has been engineered for the 4400-T, making the home’s finished floor the door sill, leaving only a slim slot drain. This feature is both visually stunning and provides ample weather-tested performance.
Multi-Panel Option: The 4400-T is available in large widths and can be combined with several other panels for an even larger opening. The ‘hold open’ feature of the In-Rail (IRC) Floor Closer makes these multi-panel openings functional and dramatic.
Upper Floor Capable: When the hydraulic In-Rail Closer is chosen, the Series 4400-T is feasible for upper floors, historically not possible due to limited floor depth. The pivot anchor requires only 1-¾” floor penetration.
Slender Lines: The vertical lines of each Series 4400-T are some of the narrowest on the market, with a standard 4” stile and an optional 3-1/2” stile.
Slender Jamb: Offered with a nail-fin or block frame preparation for installation, allowing a slim wall-to-glass dimension of 3-1/2″ when using the 2-Point Locking Hardware.
Large Sizes: The sleek lines of the Series 4400-T are clear but do not compromise strength. The size limitations are usually dictated by the selected glass or closer.
The Series 4070-T multi-slide door is the first product in the Gen4 line. This extraordinary door is capable of extreme sizes and features our proprietary Arche-Duct sill that utilizes the finished floor as the threshold.
Slim Lines: Fleetwood’s sliding door interlockers are among the slimmest on the market! Methodical engineering and aluminum thickness allow slender lines without compromising structural integrity.

Huge Sizes: Strength and beauty are demonstrated by Fleetwood’s unique ability to produce doors with massive pieces of glass. For example, it is common for a 30’ x 12’ opening to have just 2 vertical lines.
Robust Screen: Unlike flimsy screen frames and cheap mesh, our standard screen utilizes the same frame and hardware as the glass panels, with the highest quality mesh on the market (Ultra Vue).
The Series 450-T is Fleetwood’s next generation operable window and part of the elite Gen4 family. New technologies have enabled our engineers to design this window to provide more glass, a sleek cube design, an inherent shadow line, and improved energy efficiency. Minimal: The 450-T was designed to reduce metal where possible without compromising strength. The minimal approach is evident in the exterior edge of the perimeter frame and the limited space around a hinged screen (HWS).
Shadow Line & Fixed Windows: A natural shadow line traces the interior and exterior frame/vent junction, and a petite sightline fixed window accompanies the operable windows, maintaining the shadow line through the visual sweep of the elevation.
Less Frame = More Glass: The Series 450-T offers even more glass than the existing slender Series 250-T, achieved with a deeper frame at 3” and effective extrusion supports.
No Exposed Weep Slots: Designed to use the inherent shadow line as a full-width linear drain, avoiding unsightly cuts or weep covers.
Custom Strut: Each Series 450-T is made with a custom-formed thermal strut, designed to meet high expectations for performance and design.
Convection Blockers: Created with ‘convection blockers’ to maximize the natural insulation of air, preventing too much air space from reducing thermal benefit.
Glass Choices: Offers more glass choices than any other aluminum casement window in the luxury home market, made possible by various glass depth choices and industry offerings.
Proprietary Cam Handle: The Archetype cam handle (ACH) balances minimal design and ergonomics, made from high-grade stainless steel with hidden fasteners.
Proprietary Multi-Point Latch: The Archetype multi-point latch (AMP) complements the cam handle, crafted from high-grade stainless steel.
